The   globalpharma site  is   built   on  a  plot 
 measuring approximately 27000  square meters
 in  Dubai  Investment  Park, about 50 kms from 
 the heart  of  Dubai City. The  factory has two
 separate manufacturing units, for Penicillin and
 Non-Penicillin  products,  with  the utilities in a
 separate block.     

 Manufacturing  is  on the  ground  floor  with a 
 service  floor  above  carrying  all services and 
 housing the comprehensive HVAC  system.  Air 
 coming into the  factory passes through  HEPA 
 filters and in the case  of  penicillin unit the air 
 is  again  filtered  on  exiting   the  building  as 
 protection  of  the surrounding  environment is 
 of prime importance.   

 The range of  dosage  forms  manufactured at
  globalpharma includes Tablets, Capsules,and
 Dry  Syrups in  the Penicillin block and Tablets,
 Capsules, Liquid  Oral Syrups and  Suspensions 
 in  the  Non-Penicillin block.  

 The  manufacturing  and  filling  is  done  with 
 modern, state  of the art machinery to ensure
 that strict cGMP  norms  are  met as would be
 expected  of  an  international pharmaceutical
 operation.  

 Quality assurance  and control  are high profile,
 and there are extensively equipped laboratories
 on site covering chemical, instrumental analysis
 and   microbiological  testing  of  raw materials,
 finished products and the  factory environment. 

 Instrumental analysis  is carried out using HPLC,
 GC, UV,  FTIR  and  Atomic  Absorption. All the
 laboratories  are  staffed by highly  trained and
 experienced staff.

 This   also   applies  to  the   production  units.

 pharmaceutical   manufacturing   unit   capable 
 of  producing   a  wide  range   of  products, in 
 several dosage  forms to exacting  international
